We are so excited to work with such a lovely and hard working duo and can’t wait for you to try their delicious new menu created especially for Roses.
Kelsie & Laura met fresh out of school, in the AUT kitchens where they both took the first steps in pursuing their passion for pâtisserie.
After finishing their studies they dove head first into the industry, both discovering a love for the art of lamination, just on opposite sides of the world with Kelsie in London, and Laura in Melbourne. Shortly after reuniting back in Auckland, they came to realise that they shared the same vision and thus began plotting and scheming to begin what you now know as Mor.
Laura & Kelsie are so aligned, they even have the same favourite flower. The Icelandic poppy without question.

Our wine supper series focuses on naturally made wine, made with respect to the land by small independent makers.
We are excited to welcome Ashleigh Barrowman of Everyday Wines & Still Life as the first winemaker of the series. Ashleigh has created a thoughtful and delicious wine list of all her favourite tipples which will be accompanied with food by Karl Bayly of Cooked Plates.
Ashleigh’s favourite flower is the poppy.
Wine will be available by the glass or the bottle.
Plates will be available by the plate.
